Iron Temple Training Center SMS Program
Iron Temple Training Center operates an internal, business-to-employee (B2E) SMS program. Text messages are sent only to current employees who have opted in via a signed written consent form during onboarding. We do not send SMS to the general public, customers, or unsolicited recipients.

Message frequency: Varies by daily training schedule. Each scheduled session generates two reminders — one the evening before and one approximately 3 hours prior. Trainers typically receive 2–8 messages per training day, and 0 messages on days with no scheduled sessions.

How Employees Opt In
Employees provide written consent via a signed SMS consent form during onboarding. The form discloses the company name, program details, message frequency, cost, and the employee's right to opt out at any time. The form is signed by the employee and countersigned by a supervisor or program administrator. SMS consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
Privacy
Phone numbers are stored securely and are not shared, sold, or rented to any third party. Text messages do not include sensitive personal data, protected health information, or confidential client information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
